★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までは陸上でウォ―キングしていたが脚や腰に痛みが出はじめたため室内プール変更し1時間を目安でウォ―キングしてます陸上よりカロリー消費が多いので次回の採血での検査結果が楽しみです。
I used to walk on land, but since I started to have pain in my legs and lower back, I changed the indoor pool and walked for about 1 hour. Since it consumes more calories than land, the test result at the next blood sampling I'm looking forward to it.
