ま	まいこう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３階建ての施設。古いですが、エレベーターも着いています。１階は、近隣で採れたであろう水の生物(魚やウミウシ)等が展示されています。ネズミ？も居ました。後は受付、売店、事務所、セミナールームになっています。加えて、訪問時はだんじりの紹介など特設コーナーができていました。(恐らく稼働壁のセミナールームの半分) ２階は、化石のレプリカや、地域の自然史などの展示。キシワダワニの紹介もありました。３階は、昔の篤志家の方が集めた剥製がところ狭しと並んでおり、圧巻です。こどもは見慣れなさすぎて怖いようで、すぐに帰ってしまいました。なお、チリメンジャコと一緒に掬い上げられる貝やタコイカなどをチリメンモンスターと名付けて、みんなて探すワークショップが行われてました。小さい生き物でしたが学芸員の方が丁寧に教えて頂き、大人も楽しめました。コロナのためしばらく休止していた様子。 A three-story facility.
