A	Atushi Iizuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になっていたコンビニエンスストアに行ってきた。ゼンショーホールディングスの新しい事業展開、コンビニエンスストアの新ブランド「さくらみくら便利店」この夏に群馬県内に2店舗をオープンした。コンビニエンスストアという業態の基本をおさえながら店内調理とイートインスペースの確保がある。他のコンビニエンスストアチェーンとは違い、スナック類の調理と持ち帰り特化ではなく持ち帰りメインではあるがイートインと持ち帰りの中間あたりを狙ったコンセプトに見受けられる。あえて席数というが、店内テーブル1にイス4。店頭にテント下で8テーブル16席ほどを用意する。店頭のスペースを最低限の造作で上手にオープンエアカフェの雰囲気をつくっている。店内調理のアイテムは同グループのすき家と同様のタッチパネル式弁当チケット機を使い発券されたチケットをレジで精算するというスタイル。弁当形式のアイテムのほかにうどん、パスタ、どんぶり、カレー、デザート、ドリンクなどを取り扱う。カレーを注文。サラダなどを売り場で選んで一緒に精算。「4種のチーズ贅沢カレー」というものを選んだ。カレーを食べたがどうやらすき家が提供するカレーと同一のものの様子。最近すき家でカレーを食べていないので確認せねばいけないが、多分そう。濃い茶色の欧風カレー。大きな角煮的なものが入っているのに感心。悪くない味。広くとった駐車場の、店の角角に木を植えるなど他のコンビニとは一味違う切り口。どう成長してどれくらいの規模で展開させるのかが楽しみ。 I went to a convenience store that I was curious about. A cut that is a bit different from other convenience stores, such as planting trees in the corners of the large parking lot.
