地元の観光やイベントの開催、施設の貸し出しが中心です。
私個人の意見ですが、中長距離フェリーターミナルなどになればと願っております。
九州や京都の舞鶴、福井の敦賀に繋がるフェリーが出来たら山陰の人も馴染みのあるターミナルになるかと思います。
It is mainly a place where overseas cruise ships stop by.
It focuses on local sightseeing, holding events, and renting out facilities.
In my personal opinion, I hope it will become a medium- to long-distance ferry terminal.
If a ferry that connects to Maizuru in Kyushu and Kyoto and Tsuruga in Fukui is established, I think that people in the Sanin region will become familiar with the terminal.

Oiler is my favorite place, so I always stop by when I go to Sakaiminato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく出来た客船のターミナルで、税関や検疫所があります。2階に展望テラスと広い展望デッキがあります。私が訪れた時はどしゃ降りの嵐だったのでデッキには出られませんでしたが、晴れてる時なら日本海の絶景が見られると思います。
A new cruise ship terminal with customs and quarantine stations. There is an observation terrace and a large observation deck on the 2nd floor. When I visited, I couldn't get out on the deck because of the downpour, but when it's sunny, I think you can see the spectacular view of the Sea of Japan.

ストリートピアノを弾かせていただきました。広いホールに音が響いて気持ち良かったです
I was able to enter early in the morning (toilet was rented) and was saved.
I played the street piano. It was nice to hear the sound in the large hall
