★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行かなければ良かった。5月にダウンコートを出したらほつれと汚れをつけられて、工場に確認して連絡しますと言われてから5ヶ月経ちますが音沙汰なし。こちらの連絡先が誤っていないことは店頭にて確認済み。
10月に入ってから進捗状況を伺いに店舗へ出向いたところ、カウンターの方への引き継ぎが一切されておらず話にならない。
そこから数日経っても現況を伝える連絡さえ入ってこない。最低です。
