★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近引越しをして、持病があるためその辺も見てもらうために来院しましたが、医師の対応がそっけなく引っ越し前に通院してた病院に行くとか、定期的に検査した方がいいですよと言われました。
前に住んでたところは遠く、そう簡単に通院できるところじゃないからこの病院に来てるのに、そんなこともわかんないんですかね。
今度、うちに通って検査してみますかとかの言葉もない。
もう二度とこの病院に行くことは無いでしょう。

めちゃくちゃ込み合います。再診の人は電話予約して順番が近づいたら病院側から連絡があります。感染症の時期。待ち疲れます‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感染症対策もしっかりされていて、待合室の密をさけるために診療時間近くになったら電話でお知らせしてくれたため、家でのんびりと待つことができました。先生、看護師さん、受付の方たち、皆さん優しく丁寧に応対してくださり、院内も綺麗で、駐車場も停めやすく、全てにおいて、快適でした。家からも近いので、かかりつけ医にさせて頂こうと思います。

老人が機械の精算をするのが良く分からなくて困っているのに、受付の場所からぶっきらぼうに声掛けしていて、大変気分が悪かった。
忙しいかも知れないが、もっと寄り添った対応を行って下さいね。
先生の評判は良いのに残念です。
