電話での対応説明と当日説明が違い、日程管理ができていません。こちらも無知なこともありますが、理由もゴタゴタしていたと。。。正直次回利用したくありませんし、同じように初めての子供で嫌な気持ちになるのは理解できません。先生の言い方や説明にも正直びっくりさせられました。
子供のことを考えて、診療所は替えさせていただきました。
