甘めが苦手な方ならかなりおすすめです
The seasoning was great. I was sick of kaiseki dishes that were just sweet.
If you are not good at sweetening, I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料亭と言うと、味は良くてもボリュームが少ないというイメージだった。
席に座り、用意してあった料理を見た時に「やっぱりな」と思った。
だがここは、用意してあった料理だけでなく時間により料理が運ばれて来る(他の料亭もそうなのかは、全く知りません)。全部食べ終わる頃には「ごめんなさい！ボリュームありました！」と思わされた(笑)
魚の煮付けが特に素晴らしく、多少の骨等気にならずとても美味しく食べられました。
天ぷらも美味しかった！
寿司は良かったが、刺し身がイマイチだったかな。
鶏鍋(鴨鍋か？)も良かった♪
葬儀の喪主方がご用意された料亭だったので、恐らく2回目は無いが雰囲気も良くサービスも悪くない。
料亭は高いというイメージがあるが、今後店を選ぶ時の参考になった。
値段によっては、これからは料亭も利用したい。
Speaking of restaurants, I had the image that the taste was good but the volume was small.
When I sat down and saw the food I had prepared, I thought, "After all."
However, not only the prepared dishes but also the dishes are brought in here depending on the time (I don't know if other restaurants are the same). By the time I finished eating everything, I thought, "I'm sorry! There was a lot of volume!" (Laughs)
The boiled fish was especially wonderful, and I was able to eat it very deliciously without worrying about some bones.
The tempura was also delicious!
The sushi was good, but the sashimi wasn't good.
The chicken hot pot (duck hot pot?) Was also good ♪
It was a restaurant prepared by the mourner of the funeral, so it probably won't be the second time, but the atmosphere is good and the service is not bad.
There is an image that restaurants are expensive, but it was helpful when choosing a restaurant in the future.
Depending on the price, I would like to use a restaurant from now on.
