N	Naki K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店長さんに対応してもらいました。私の条件はなかなか部屋数が無く、その日はいろんな不動産を回っていたのですが、同じくこの条件だとなかなか部屋がなくて…と言いながらも3件ほど紹介してもらいました。｢部屋もキレイですよ｣｢もうこの物件しかないですよ｣としきりに勧めてくる。ただ内見してみないと…という事で内見に行きましたが、壁紙はボロボロで汚れていたし和室が一部屋ありましたが…酷いものでした。店長が言っていることとはまるで別でした。築年数が経っていてもそれなりにリノベーションして小綺麗にしてる部屋もありますから。キレイかどうかの感じ方は人それぞれかも知れませんが、しきりに勧めて来たのもなんだか不信感を感じてしまいました。不動産の方に運転してもらって内見部屋まで行きましたが、これから内見に行く部屋の情報が書いてある紙を見ながらの運転。電話がかかってくればそのまま出る。乗っててヒヤヒヤしました。事故起こしたらどうするんですかね。安全運転お願いします。 I corresponded to the store manager here. 光	光華 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネットで気になる物件があり、そのサイト内の問い合わせフォームから連絡しました。 N田さんという女性の方から翌日電話をいただきましたが、仕事中の為出れず、メールもいただいていたので返信をしました。その際、仕事の都合上、なかなか電話にでれないので、メールでやり取りをさせて欲しい事をお伝えし、週末の内覧の予定を確認しました。それに対し、土日は予約の問い合わせが多いので早めに予約をとって欲しいと言われたため、日曜日の午前中はどうなってるのか聞くと、それ以降連絡が来なく、前日にも当日にもなんの連絡もありません。こちらから電話をすれば良かったのかもしれませんが、営業時間内に電話をするのが難しいためメールをお願いしていたので、そもそも返信すら寄越さなくなるのは、サービス業としていかがなものかと思います。メールの内容も、3/6から入居可能といいながら、「3/1入居の場合の初期費用」を伝えてくるなど、よくわからない事が多かったです。とても気に入った物件で、内覧して契約したかったのでとても残念でした。どんなにいい物件があってもこちらの店舗は二度と利用しません。 There is a property on the Internet that I am worried about, and I contacted it via the inquiry form on that site. 前	前田悠基 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネット使い放題という記載のある物件に入居したら、実はまだ工事が終わっていないという説明を入居日当日に受け、当初繋がると言われた日程を過ぎても繋がらず2～3週間くらい待たされたので、説明を求めたところ「本来は入居者と大家との契約なので管理会社は建物の設備については責任を持たない」という謎理論を言われました。誤った情報を記載して募集し、その内容について保証もしないし責任も取らない不動産会社だということです。突然何の連絡もなく賃料を上げられてても不思議じゃないと思います。絶対に利用しないことをおすすめします。
