★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤池店長と嶋田さんが担当だった。店長が条件に合った物件を丁寧に探してくれて助かった。車で物件案内のはずが混雑で徒歩になった上に、いざ着いたら鍵がない、2件目に向かう道を間違えるなど、気になったところもあった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車置き場のある物件ね紹介を受けました。予約なしの訪問で、年末ということもあり、案内は出来ないということでした。店舗での対応は親切でしたし、案内が出来ないことも理解しました。しかし、物件を見に行ってがっかりしました。自転車を置くスペースはわずかだし、その場所に自転車を乗り入れるには、4段ほどの狭い階段を持ち上げていく必要がありました。階段の先には、開いたまま止まらないドアがあり、このドアを押さえながら自転車持ち上げなければならない構造でした。建物の前の路上に自転車が止まっている理由が分かりました。に建物は条件にあったものだったと思いますが、借りる側のことを真剣に考えて紹介したのかと疑問に思いました。
