S	SOX百識猫（Weegie） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初個人で事前準備無しで訪れた時は、自分の状況が芳しくなく、年金を受給できる可能性が非常に低かった為か、対応がとても冷たく感じて、ひどく落ち込んだ記憶があった。その後、保健福祉センターの人と同行して行った時は、事前準備もあったせいか、適切な対応に感じた。悪気は無いのだろうが、余計な一言や言い回しが少しあると感じていたので、相談者等の心中を察して、そのあたりを気を付けてもらえると、利用者ももっと相談しやすいのではないか。自分の場合かなり際どい案件だったが、依頼をしたその後の綿密なやり取り、資料作成、申請代行等を持って、奇跡的に年金が受給できる事となった。この難題の結果を評価して、★５とした。ダメ元と期待の感情の板挟みや、資料収集等、色々大変だったが、自分の場合は何とか受給できるようになったので、大いに感謝している。 When I first visited without prior preparation, I remember feeling very cold and depressed, probably because my situation was not good and I was very unlikely to receive a pension. After that, when I went with a person from the Health and Welfare Center, I felt that it was an appropriate response, probably because of the advance preparations. I don't think it's offensive, but I felt that there were a few extra words and phrases, so it would be easier for the users to consult if they could take care of the counselor's heart. Isn't it? In my case, it was a rather terrible project, but I was able to miraculously receive the pension through detailed exchanges, document preparation, application agency, etc. after the request was made. The result of this difficult task was evaluated and rated as ★ 5. It was a lot of work, such as getting rid of the feelings of badness and expectations, collecting materials, etc., but I am very grateful that I managed to receive it.
