Elderly staff is no good. Please bring the heavy shabu-shabu dishes. Do you think you are a customer? There is no humility at all. The work is too rough and the delicious food is ruined.

You can enjoy fine meat at a reasonable price. If you want to enjoy both shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, go to the counter. It’s a very warm and homey place for both the general and the shop.

呆れて言葉も出ません。
お気に入りのお店だったのに幻滅しました。
もう一人の店員の方の接客は丁寧で好感が持てたし、すき焼きはとても美味しかったが気分を悪くしてまで食べたくないのでもう行きません。本当に残念です。

去年、友人と年末にすき焼きを食べた時、とってもお肉が美味しくて店員さんも親切だったのでまたこのお店に決めました。
ですが今回入り口に入ったら、年配の方に『ご予約の方ですか？』と聞かれ、予約をしてないと言ったら『どちら様ですか？』と聞かれました。その言い方がまるで不法侵入のような言い方だったのでびっくりしました。
その時から態度が悪いなぁーと思っていたのですが、注文する際に呼び鈴を鳴らしたらその店員さんが来て『あ、注文しないんですね』のようなことを言われて、他の方の席にすぐ行ってしまいました。
頼もうとして呼び鈴を鳴らしているのに、他の方の注文の方に行ってしまうのも驚くし、他の席に行くなら『少々お待ち下さい』など言うべきじゃないんですか？？
二度と行きません
他のお店にこれからは行こうと思います。
接客態度を見直して欲しいです

From that time on, I thought I had a bad attitude, but when I rang the doorbell when ordering, the clerk came and said something like "Oh, I don't order", and the other person's seat. I went to.
I'm surprised that I'm ringing the doorbell to ask, but I'm going to another person's order, and if I go to another seat, shouldn't I say "Please wait a moment"? ??
Will never go
I will go to other shops from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年欠かさず利用しています。ご年配の店員の態度？全く気になりません。気にしすぎでは？地元ならあれくらい普通です。客は客です。何様でもありません。すき焼きもいいけど、個人的にはしゃぶしゃぶの方がいいです。サイドメニューの肉巻きが一番のお気に入りです
