なんでこんなわかりにくい表記をするのか意味がわかりません。
 Google Map notation is open until 19:00, but the actual opening hours seems to be until 15:00.
I do not understand why it is such an inconspicuous notation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通帳記入をしたかったので休日に来店しATMを利用したところ、通帳記入の項目が無かったので、コールセンターに確認したところ、“当店での通帳記入は平日の月曜日から金曜日の午前9時から18時に利用出来ます”と業務口調で対応されました。
他の金融機関は通帳記入ぐらいでしたら休日対応していますが、三井住友信託銀行は金持ちしか相手にしないようで一般人は虫ケラ同然みたいです。
普通は”申し訳ありません“とか会話に付ければ多少は和らぐのですが、最近は益々サービスが悪くなっていくような気がします。
