キヤノン株主である母の配当金を母の口座に入金してもらいにみずほ信託銀行に出向いた。場所は栄のみずほ銀行の3階。1階にあるみずほ銀行に入ると案内係であるおじさんが寄ってきてなんの用件か聞くので応えると、配当金支払いはすぐ目の前のみずほ銀行窓口でできるが、自分で払われた金を持って母の口座通帳のある三菱UFJ銀行に行き自分で入金しなければならないという。私に命じられた使命はそれではダメで、母の口座にキヤノン配当金と印字されなければならない。配当金支払い書裏面に「担当行みずほ信託銀行」とあり、「現金支払いもしくは口座入金ができます」ときちんと表記されている。間違った案内をする案内係とやりとりしていてもしょうがないので3階へ行くエレベーターを聞き出し、みずほ信託銀行に行くと、こちらも入り口にいる案内のオッサンが支払いは可能だが、口座入金は一旦支払ってから振り込みになり振込料金が必要となるというので、他の信託銀行（三菱や三井）にできてみずほだけできないのは何故だと憤ると、再び奥に消えて数分後、配当金の入金は可能だと訂正され、やっと順番待ちの番号札をくれた。このように1階のみずほ、3階の本行とも案内係からして案内役の体を成していない。ダメダメな銀行である。
