ファミレスで唯一利用するのがサイゼリアで。 普段は寄り付きません。 若かりし頃、安価で美味しく、大変重宝した記憶は大人になっても消えないものですよね。 たまに懐かしく足を運びます。 なんか凄くアナログ感があったので書きますが。 オーダー方法が変わりました。 今までは、注文を店員が聞きにくるシステムでしたが。 新しいオーダー方法は、メニューにある番号を脚自身が手書きするシステムに。 世の中デジタル化して、タッチパネル方式へ切り替える中、アナログに突き進むサイゼリアってある意味チャレンジャーですよね。 手書きオーダーシステムは、お客様にゆっくり余裕を持って選んでもらい為だと説明うけましたが。 今ひとつ何が言いたいのか理解できませんでした。 ま、サイゼリアだからいいか。 サイゼリアは、そんな感じでもあるんだよなー。
Saizeriya is the only family restaurant to use. I don't usually get close to it. When you were young, it was cheap, delicious, and very useful memories that will not disappear even when you grow up. I sometimes go there nostalgic. I will write it because it had a very analog feel. The ordering method has changed. Until now, the system was such that the clerk would come to ask for an order. The new ordering method is a system in which the legs themselves handwrite the numbers on the menu. In a sense, Saizeriya is a challenger who pushes forward to analog while the world is digitizing and switching to the touch panel method. I was told that the handwriting ordering system is for customers to choose slowly and with plenty of time. I couldn't understand what I meant to say. Well, is it okay because it's Saizeriya? Saizeriya is like that too.

ピークダイムだから、料理の提供、ご案内が遅いのが当たり前な接客態度。 1/25 夜7時 何をするにも遅くて仕方ないかもしれないが、「お待たせしました」や「申し訳ございません」の一言がない。 人手不足を言い訳にしてアピールしてるようにさえ見える。 注文してから料理が来るまで20分以上かかった。 時間かかるなら、具体的な数字がわからなくても時間がかかる旨を一言言ってほしい。10分くらいで来ると思ったのに、20分以上もかかるとは思わなかった。 男の店員が研修中なのか全然慣れない中、ピークの店内に放り出された感ある。あたふたしまくり、料理間違えまくり、エプロンの付け方なんか変。 会計(ベテラン女性)も手際が早いように見えるけど、さっさと帰れ!と言わんばかり忙しいあビールをされた。 料理が安いと接客がここまで雑になるものなんだな… 本当にサイゼは接客のレベルが落ちたと思う。

If it takes time, please say that it will take time even if you do not know the specific numbers. I thought it would take about 10 minutes, but I didn't think it would take more than 20 minutes. It seems that the male clerk was thrown into the peak store while he wasn't used to it at all. The way of putting on the apron is strange. Accounting (a veteran female) also seems to be quick, but go home quickly! I was so busy that I had a beer. If the food is cheap, the customer service will be so messy ... I really think Saizeriya's level of customer service has dropped.

A pretty standard Saizeriya. The staff messed up our order, but she also suggested a cheaper option when I ordered two items. The service was a bit slow, but friendly.

The food here is obviously microwaved, which doesn't make it fresh, but it still takes time. The food is still tasty though. Additionally, the servers look like they hate their life.

This is a common chain restaurant in Japan the one in Higashikurume is an average example of the chain. They have a drink bar, they don't take cards and they're cheaper the Jonathan's their closest competitor.
