土地から探し、注文住宅をお願いしました。他の工務店さんはアンケートの紙と資料の束、見学会見にきてが多く、注文住宅なのに建て売りを買うような気分でした。しかし斎藤建設は工務店ですが、工務店というより大工さん！といった印象が強いです。お父さんは棟梁昔堅気の大工さん。でもにこにこしてやさしい感じです。お母さんと息子さんが建築士です。お母さんも、とてもやさしく経験や女の人目線のアドバイスを下さり、息子さんがメインの建築士さんで一級建築士さん！気さくな方でどんな家にしたいか、とことん話しあっていけるので、注文住宅のしがいありますし、土地も他の業者に頼んだ時より、ガンガン探して下さり行動力にも溢れてます！設備を選んだ時も、ただ高いもの安いからではなく、ここはこうした方がと一緒に考えてプロの意見を頂いたり、すぐに調べてくれます！いざ建ててる時、現場を見れない業者も多いようですが、ここの会社はむしろウエルカム、安心もしますし、そこでもまた変更だったり話し合いをしてくれます。家は長く住めば傷んできて、故障、リフォームが欠かせません。最近は建てて終わりの会社が多い中、昔ながらのいい大工さんのような工務店さんなので、もしもの時に頼りになり、末永いお付き合いを築いていける会社だと思います。
