★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総合案内の人の対応が適当。番号札をとり書類を記入するよう言われたので、そうしました。書き終えると番号が過ぎてしまっていたので札を見せ確認すると、そのままお待ち下さいと言われ待っていたが番号は次々に過ぎ、再度確認すると、あぁ過ぎてますね。こちらの番号でお待ち下さいと、更に遅い番号を渡された。その時不備がない様にと書類を確認してくれたが、いざ呼ばれたら不備がありまたやり直し。その後印鑑不備で二度捺印させられた。入学金の支払いだったので、出来ないなら引き下ろしはいいので預けた現金だけ返して欲しい。他の銀行へ行きます。と言ったのに返してくれず。漸くできたが、人もまばらなのに1時間以上かかってしまった。もし最終的に出来なかったら他の銀行に行けず入学金が間に合わないとこだった。他支店で出来た印鑑がダメなら、他支店は間違った印鑑で引き出した事になるし、合ってるなら今出来ますよね？と言ったら受理されたので印鑑への対応は雑なんだと確信した。
