★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生サバのお刺身が食べられる貴重なお店です。入店すると大きな水槽が目を引きます。イシガキダイなどの大型魚が上段、サバが下段の水槽で元気よく泳いでいます。我々は50センチもあろうかというイシガキダイに魅了されてしまい、お刺身で頂きました。お値段は時価だし大きさによって違うので参考程度ですが、2枚くらいでまあそれなりに安くはないです。しかしこれだけの鮮度と大きさのイシガキダイは流通していないので、もうお値段の問題ではないですね。質の良い脂がのって歯応えもよく、これだけ美味しい魚は滅多に食べられるものではないです。盛り付けが気が利いていて、背側と腹皮は別々にして、しかも氷に直接あたらないよう大根の皮の上に並べてくれていました。アラはお吸い物にしてもらいました。柚子の香りが爽やかな魚のポテンシャルを出し切ったお吸い物でした。
特筆すべきは冒頭にも書いた生サバです。サバはお刺身だと冷凍が基本ですが、やはり生の弾力は生でしか味わえません。生きているので大丈夫なのと、あとはアニサキスの少ない水域から輸送しているみたいで、これはやはりこのお店ではマストで食べるべき逸品でしょう。いわゆる青魚の匂いなど一点もない本当に美味しいお刺身です。私はサバは自分で釣ったものをすぐに絞めて生でお刺身にすることもあるので、生サバのお刺身にはそれなりに馴染みがあるのですが、珍しく、ちょっとこれは敵わないなーと思いました。ここは素材の良さだけでなく、調理レベルが半端なく高いということが、自分でも多少は料理するだけに非常によく分かりました。
接客ももちろん満点です。いわゆるバイトマニュアル的な対応ではなく、ちゃんとお客さんとしておもてなしされている気持ちになれます。これだけ気分良く酔えるお店は久しぶりでした。どうもご馳走さまでした。

The price is the market price and it depends on the size, so it's just for reference, but it's not cheap as it is about 2 pieces. However, there are no spotted knives of this size and freshness in circulation, so it's no longer a matter of price. It has good quality fat and is crunchy, and such delicious fish is rarely eaten. The arrangement was nice, and the dorsal and abdominal skins were separated and arranged on the radish skin so that they would not hit the ice directly. Ara had her soup. It was a soup with the scent of yuzu that brought out the potential of a refreshing fish.
Of particular note is the raw mackerel I wrote at the beginning. Mackerel is basically frozen when it is sashimi, but you can only taste the elasticity of raw mackerel raw. It's okay because it's alive, and it seems that it's being transported from a water area with little Anisakis, so this is a gem that should be eaten with a mast at this shop. It is a really delicious sashimi that does not have the smell of so-called blue fish. I sometimes squeeze the mackerel I caught and make it raw sashimi, so I'm familiar with raw mackerel sashimi, but it's rare, and this is a bit unmatched. I thought. Not only the goodness of the ingredients here, but also the fact that the cooking level is quite high, I understood very well just by cooking a little.
Of course, the customer service is also perfect. It's not a so-called part-time manual, but you can feel that you are being treated as a customer. It's been a while since I've had a shop that makes me feel so good and drunk. Thank you for your treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、予約して行きました。完全個室で、トイレが部屋の隣にあました。コロナ禍でもあるので安心して食事が出来ました。
ランチは、お刺身がとても新鮮で食べごたえがあり。穴子丼は、ちょっと前に宮島で食べましたがこちらの方が美味しいと感じました。ボリュームがあり美味しかったです。また、家族で利用したいです。ご馳走様でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the finest Japanese keiseiki course meal that cost 8000yen per pax. The food was authentic Japanese with sashimi, sushi, fish soup , tempura and many other seafoods. Probably 8 different courses. Do make sure you try he local sake of Saijo where there have 8 local sake brewery and is high quality and inexpensive. Total cost for 2 of us with 3 bottles sakes around 21000 yen. They don’t speak English well and luckily they employed students from nearby university to command similar English that the night easier for us. Lovely place with counter seats and private room. Beautiful traditional Japanese architecture house that serve restaurant. Enjoy it and heard they are also 1 star Michelin!
