★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅完成比較会に参加しましたが、営業の態度にしばしば苛立ちました。
約束の時間になっても内見する完成物件の外へは出てこず、場所が合っているのかまず不安を感じました。
またその営業の方の説明を聞く中で、言葉遣いはそれなりで、聞けてよかった点もありましたが、話しの中でも気になる発言や、最後には「もうこれでいいですかね？」と言われ、「住宅の知識を何も知らないなら見ても仕方ない、早く帰れ」と言わんばかりのニュアンスを感じ取りました。
正直、いい気はしませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて相談に行き、とても丁寧に説明して頂きました。教えて頂けた内容も本当に良かったです。特にお金の話と家族の幸せの話が良かったです。打ち合わせの横に子供のおもちゃやビデオがみれるようになっているから子供連れでも安心でしたし、消毒や飛沫防止パネルもありコロナ対策もしっかりされていて安心でした。
