★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件購入当初は修理依頼等は比較的早急に対応していた。しかし、分譲がどんどんされ始めた二年ほど前から修理依頼してもなかなか来ず、事務スタッフからの連絡もななし。半年待っても連絡がなく、催促の連絡をしてやっとくるような企業。また、修理日の調整はして、時間が後日連絡するとのことで待つが、前日になっても連絡はなし。仕舞いには修理の日に来るも部品が合わないとのことで持ち帰り、また来るといって３ヶ月ほど経するが、連絡は一切なし。アフターメンテナンスは非常に脆弱。新規に分譲し、新築ラッシュで、現場スタッフが間に合ってないのではないでしょうか？

Although it came to the day of repair, I took it home because the parts did not fit, and it took about 3 months to come back, but I did not contact at all. After-maintenance is very vulnerable. Isn't the on-site staff not in time due to the new sale and new construction rush?
