な	なべ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューメンの高井田風の味付けたまごとネギのトッピングと唐揚げとライス（中）を頂きました。ほのぼのと老夫婦が営んでいて、のんびりするお店の雰囲気。カウンター席が15席程と奥に4人用のテーブル席が1席。ほのぼのと時間が過ぎます。道路を挟んだ店の東側に、3台の専用駐車場があります。ラーメンは高井田風のスープは醤油ベースであまみが有り、味は濃い目で飲み干すには少し濃くて、しかし、癖になる美味さでした。麺は、中太ストレートでモチモチして美味しいです。味付けたまごは、黄身がトロトロ風の少し固い目でしたが美味しく頂きました。唐揚げは残念な事に固くてお肉のジューシーさがなくお店に出すレベルと言うより、家の晩ごはんのおかずといった感じでした。しかし、後から後からお客さんが次々に来て、ほぼ満席状態になりました。憎めないご夫婦の人柄がそうさしているのでしょうか。良いお店には間違いありませんでした。 We had Takaida-style seasoned egg and green onion toppings, fried chicken and rice (middle) of char siu men. The noodles are medium-thick, straight and chewy and delicious. The seasoned egg had a slightly hard yolk-like yolk, but it was delicious. Unfortunately, the fried chicken was hard and not juicy, so it was more like a side dish for dinner at home than it was at the level of serving it in the store. It didn’t quite match my tastes, (I prefer a traditional Tonkotsu Ramen) but I could see how some people would like it. Friendly service, typical greasy ramen store atmosphere, prices from ¥700.
