山	山田花子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私には3人の子供がいます。3人とも佐保山でお世話になりました。１人はアレルギーを持っていたのですが、担任と給食の先生で懇談してもらい、除去食を作ってもらいました。定期的に懇談もして丁寧に対応してもらい、いまでは除去も無くなり感謝しています。夕方、迎えに行ったら広い運動場でのびのびと遊んでる我が子を見て安心しました。運動場には四季折々に咲く花や木が植えられています。子供の成長にこの環境は最高だと思いました。親子で楽しめる行事もあります。共働きの私らにとって、安心のできる園でした。たくさんの経験をさせてもらって、ここを選んで良かったと思ってます。 I have three children. R	Ryoichi Yamada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アレルギー関連で最低な対応を受けました。職員の対応に不安を覚えた為、薬やエピペンの所有を進めたところ、それを理由に退園を求められました。退園までも嫌がらせのようなお弁当の対応等を強いられ、子どもも他の子と違うことに傷ついておりました。夫婦としてアレルギー体質ではない、健全な子に生んであげられなかったことをえぐるような対応を散々されました。こういう思いを他者にさせているという想像もしていないと思います。何の心配もない体質の子であれば、通っても良いのかもしれません。管理者は一切責任を負わない体制なのか、現場への指導も信じられない内容なことが多いです。現場職員もしどろもどろで、会話の要領も得ず、誰一人育っていない職場環境なのかと思いました。二言目には「勉強不足で」と言う、本当に勉強不足なんだと思います。管理者、経営者が一新しないとこの園は何一つ変わらないと思います。 I received the lowest response related to allergies.
