★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荷物届けてくれて、出たら車の前で荷物触っていて、こちらをみたけど犬がうるさいから一瞬部屋に戻ったらそのまま帰られた。すぐ車走って追いかけだけどそのまま行ってしまった。部屋に戻った私も悪いが、明らかに人でたのになぜ待ってくれない？再配達の方が手間だと思うのけど。不在票も入ってないし。ネットがちょっとしたら配達中から不在の為持ち帰りにかわった。電話も繋がらない時間だし。楽しみにしてた荷物なのに最悪。
前は配送中で待ってたのに、来ないまま問い合わせたら持ち帰りになってだけど不在票入ってなかったし。
不在票、佐川は入れないのですか？

こんなことが何回もありクレームしたり本社にもクレームしましたが改善されません。
もう佐川急便で発送された荷物だと知ったら「はいはい、いつか来るか終わったな」って気持ちです。
営業所にクレームしても意味がないので本社にしましょう。
