色々面倒です身分証明自と電話番号以外に緊急連絡先が別に必要で
それがないと借りることは出来ません
自転車もギア無しのママチャリでメンテ不足で異音あり
お役所仕事だからしょうがないと思いますが
他の自治体みたいな気軽に利用できるものではないですね
