★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自社のミスで家賃の引き落としをすっぽかしたくせに、督促状を送ってきやがった。原因調査を依頼したら、さも借り主側に責任があるかのように「金融機関で残高不足だったと言っている」「他の引き落としが先にかかって残高不足になった」と嘘つき放題。当方には貯金通帳という証拠があるので追求したら「（口座引き落としの）集金代行業者がそのように言っている」と責任転嫁。嘘が明らかなので集金代行業者と直談判させろと要求したら個人情報保護のため教えられない、だと。
ここだけではなく、不動産関係者って頭悪いくせに金に汚いのが多くて、交渉するのも疲れますね。地上げ屋時代からの伝統なの？
I sent a reminder letter even though I made a mistake in my company and tried to withdraw my rent. When I asked for the cause investigation, I could lie as if the borrower was responsible, saying, "I'm saying that the balance was insufficient at the financial institution" and "The balance was insufficient because of other withdrawals first." Since we have evidence of a savings passbook, when we pursued it, we passed on the responsibility, saying, "The collection agent (for direct debit) says so." Since the lie is clear, if you request that you talk directly with the collection agency, you will not be told because of personal information protection.
Not only here, real estate officials are often clumsy but dirty with money, and it is tiring to negotiate. Is it a tradition from the time of the land raiser?
