★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's free and they have monkeys! That alone should earn a visit, but they also have a space to hang out with a guinee pig on your lap, stalk chickens, and argue with goats face to face. Kids can explore and learn a bunch while having fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as parks in Japan go, this pretty close to what I expect. Large field where families have picnics and play ball games, a couple of children's play areas including an assault style course and a small zoo where kids can have a quick pony ride. The zoo is not great though, it suffers from the common affliction of zoos in Japan of big animals in small spaces. There is also a botanical garden opposite the park and a fountain which seems popular for youngsters in the hot summer months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little zoo for the kids. Free entrance and only ¥100 to feed the small critters if you like. The staff were so kind and patient. There are ponies you can ride for a small fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids love this park. It has a big athletic climbing area made with wood and ropes. A nice big playground (sadly the swings were taken down), big green field for soccer or kite flying. Plus a small free "zoo" with petting area but long lines always.
A good place for kids to climb and run around definitely.
