午後シフトのチャキチャキしたおば様（お姉様？）はとても気持ちの良い接客。旅館とか料亭でも通用するレベル。
一方、チー牛みたいな若年男性フリーターっぽいの（複数）は残念。牛丼並を注文して牛丼ミニを出してきたり、そのまま並の料金で会計させたり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の雰囲気はいいのですが？おぼんの上には、干からびたご飯粒が着いてたり、他の店では焼き海苔も皿に乗って来るのでがこの店は、干からびたおぼん上に乗せて来るので驚きました。衛生管理が出来ない店舗なのかな？と思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は4台ですが目の前の道路はそこそこ交通量があり停めにくい。タイミング大事です。
ここのすき家さんの良いところはちゃんとマニュアル通りで出てくるんですよね。主婦パートさん中心ですが真面目だと思う。
例えば特盛とか、肉盛り２回目はツユを切るのが基本でソレやらないとつゆだくになってべちゃべちゃになるのですが、ここのお店は基本に忠実にちゃんと作ってくれて安心感がある。
よそのすき家さんで外人さん多いとその辺り結構適当ですからね。
今日は豚生姜焼き丼食べました。
ご馳走さまでした。
