★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦の粉は入口に設置された機械が石臼挽きで粉にしています。蕎麦の腰と香りは素晴らしいです。ランチ（月〜土曜日）は1000円前後で豪華な定食が頂けます。夕食は1500円前後でかなり豪華な定食が頂けます。サガミアプリをインストールしておくと、クーポンが使用できるのでお得です。接客も非常に素晴らしい良いお店です。
Buckwheat flour is ground by a machine installed at the entrance. The waist and aroma of buckwheat are wonderful. Lunch (Monday-Saturday) is around 1000 yen and you can enjoy a luxurious set meal. Dinner is around 1500 yen and you can have a very luxurious set meal. If you install the Sagami app, you can use coupons, which is a great deal. It is a good shop with very good customer service.

1200円のお弁当・・・・どう見ても600円ぐらいにしか見えませんでした。おかずはと言うとかなり小さめのハンバーグと小さめヒレカツのみ

メニュー数が多いので、この組み合わせで食べたい！というのが大体揃っていますので家族で行くのにオススメです。
名古屋の味噌煮込みうどんは尾張地区以外ではなかなか食べられないので、ここで食べられるのが嬉しいです。
初めて味噌煮込みうどんを食べる方だと麺が生煮えとクレームがおそらく来るのでしょう、オーダー時に茹で加減を確認されます(名古屋では確認されず固茹でが当たり前なので新鮮です)。
私の地元では、皆良くサガミへ行くので株主優待券持ってる人が多いです。

Miso nikomi udon noodles in Nagoya are hard to eat outside the Owari area, so I'm happy to be able to eat them here.
If you are eating miso nikomi udon for the first time, you will probably complain that the noodles are boiled raw, and you will be asked to boil them when ordering (it is not confirmed in Nagoya and it is natural to boil hard so it is fresh).
In my hometown, many people have shareholder coupons because they often go to Sagami.
