★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族3人で土曜日の晩御飯。最初から余りにも片方のスープ少なく、追加注文したが10分経っても追加されず。従業員に３度（別々の方）お願いしましたが追加されず。鍋半分のみのスープで食事していましたが、入店から20分で鍋がカラカラになり、ほとんど食べることできす席を立ちました。レジで事情を話しましたが、店員薄ら笑い。気持ち悪く、気分悪いので全額支払い帰りました。
私がハゲなので、従業員さんに馬鹿にされていたようです。
Saturday dinner with 3 family members. There was too little soup on one side from the beginning, so I ordered an additional one, but it wasn't added even after 10 minutes. I asked the employees three times (separate people), but they were not added. I was eating only half of the pot soup, but 20 minutes after I entered the store, the pot became empty and I stood up to the seat where I could almost eat. I talked about the situation at the cash register, but the clerk laughed. I felt sick and sick, so I paid the full amount and went home.
I'm bald, so it seems that the employees were fooling me.

土曜日なので、店内大混雑。
お客の中には思わず他の人が振り向いてしまうぐらいバカ騒ぎしたり、食べ物こぼしたりしてる若者がいる中、うちの幼児と小学生のが全然行儀が良かったな。
バイキングメニューが多いわけではないが、こんなに混雑していれば、人手不足なので、なかなか追加されないメニューがあってもしょうがないと思う。まあ、それも覚悟で入店してるので。
そんな中、☆5を付けたのは、店員さんの対応。特に特定の女性。
自分も学生時代、飲食のホールや厨房やってたので分かるが、普通、これだけ忙しい戦場の中、こんな割に合わない仕事をしていると、心が小さい俺のような人は、もう客を敵と見なしてしまう程。
そんな中、あんなに明るく笑顔で、「〜のメニュー追加されましたー！」とか言えない。
しかも、その人に醤油の在処を聞いた時、「お席のタブレットの近くにあります。分かりにくくてごめんなさい！(^_^;)」って言われた(俺がちゃんと見てなかったのが悪いのに…)。
こういう対応できる人って何の仕事でも貴重な人だろうなって感じた。
騒いでた若者達も少しは見習ってほしい。

When I was a student, I used to work in eating and drinking halls and kitchens, so I understand that, in such a busy battlefield, if you're doing such a job that doesn't pay for you, people like me who have a small heart will already have customers. It's enough to be regarded as an enemy.
Meanwhile, with such a bright smile, I can't say "The menu of ... has been added!".
Moreover, when I asked the person where the soy sauce was, he said, "It's near the tablet in my seat. I'm sorry it's hard to understand! (^ _ ^;)" (I didn't see it properly. It's bad ...).
I felt that a person who could handle this kind of thing would be a valuable person in any job.
I want the young people who made a noise to learn a little.

パーティションもしっかりあり、座席半分しか埋めてなく間隔も十分取っていて、バイキングには大量の手袋がありその都度新しい物を使用してました。
料理は値段以上に美味しかったし、特に店員さんの接客態度が素晴らしかったです。
とっても気持ち良く食事が出来ました✨
ついついデザートまでたくさん食べ過ぎてしまうのでちょくちょくは行けませんがまた行きたいと思います！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しゃぶしゃぶを食べたい♪という子供のリクエストでしゃぶ葉に行ってきました。
土曜日のお昼前で混んでるかな？と思いましたが程々ですぐに座れました。
注文は他のファミレスと同じくタッチパネルで行うので違和感なく出来ました。
豚肉食べ放題コースでしたが、野菜やタレの種類も色々選べて一人1,500円なら大満足です。
途中の注文で出てくる猫型ロボットも可愛かったです^ ^
