本当は星１つも付けたくないけど付けざる得ないので。２年前に新築を購入し不動産屋さんに紹介され火災地震保険入る為行きました。が、チャイムを鳴らせど出てきやしない。ノックしても出てこない。昼に行ったから昼寝してたんだろう。不動産屋の担当に連絡しやっとドアが開く始末。出てきたデブ男は香水と体臭混ざりに不快な臭いをさせ接客としてどうなのか。プランの説明受けて保障金額など決まったら連絡すると伝えいざ電話連絡すると『え？そのプランですよ。わかってますよ！』…は？こちらは相模で決めるともそのプランにするとも一言も言ってないのにいつの間に勝手に決められてる。保険代理店がこんな適当じゃとてもじゃないけど長年任せられないので、同じ保険商品の違う代理店を本社に電話して紹介して貰いました。本社には相模の適当さを伝えときました。本社で新しく紹介してもらったところは本当に信頼のおける素晴らしい代理店でした。相模に行った事自体時間を無駄にしました。
