神	神川悦子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お気に入りのお店が多くて良く行きますが、駐車場料金が少し高いかなと思ってマイナス1。イベントも何度か参加させていただきましたが親切丁寧な対応で楽しく素敵な作品を作ることが出来ました。待ち時間無しですぐに参加できたのもありがたいです。傘を忘れて取りに行くとインフォメーションに預けてあり、名前、住所、電話番号記入してすぐに返していただきました。お気に入りの傘だったので良かったです。今後もいろいろなイベントを開催してほしいと思います。 There are many favorite shops and I often go there, but I think the parking fee is a little high, so it's minus 1. I participated in the event several times, but I was able to make a fun and wonderful work with a kind and polite response. I am grateful that I was able to participate immediately without waiting. b	be-shamon.COFFEE珈琲ロースター on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車通勤している時はウィンドショッピングとか良く利用してましたが、数年ぶりに来てみたらびっくりしました。1/3がほぼ空き店舗になっている。保育所とか歯医者さんとかも駅ビルに入っているのも驚きですが、ガチャの自販機でスペースを埋めたり、専門学校の作品でスペースを埋めたりしていったい郡山はどうしてしまったんだ？昔から郡山駅は各高校が分散していて計画的に配置されたように思えない、各専門学校や短大・大学も学生数が減っていると聞く。単純に利用者がすくなくなっているのだろう。抜本的な対策が必要なのだろう。その象徴と現状がこのエスパル郡山店の問題なのだろうなと感じます。駅ビルに魅力があれば良いのではなくて、駅の利用者が増える事がこの街を魅力的なものにするのだろうと思います。 I used to use it for wind shopping when I was commuting by train, but I was surprised when I came here for the first time in a few years. 1/3 is almost empty. It seems that the number of users is simply disappearing. It seems that drastic measures are needed. I feel that the symbol and the current situation are the problems of this S-PAL Koriyama store. It is not good if the station building is attractive, but I think that increasing the number of station users will make this city attractive.
