l	leo 47 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトの処方箋が切れてたのでいきました。以前もきたことがありましたが、場所と職員も変わったようでした。今までは、受付や視力測定する職員が親切に対応してましたが、久々に行ったらあまりに不親切で驚きました。小さい声でボソッと「こちらにお座りください…」そのままダラダラ用意をして待たされる。あまりに待たされるので、不安に思ったので「ここで待ってればいいですか？」と聞いたら「今準備してますけど！！」とイラッとしたように怒鳴られる。受付も同じ… また視力測定も適当。「見えたら教えて下さい」とだけ、こちらが黙ってるとずっと黙ってて、そっちの方見て画面切り替えるだけ。こんな適当な測定初めてです。（右とか左とか一度も言わず3秒で終わる）眼科としてやってていいんでしょうか？特に村〇というBBAはサイテーで、ほんとにちゃんと測定してるか不安です。 I went because the contact prescription had expired. ふ	ふー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんなに不親切な対応は初めてです。まずコンタクト処方希望と事前に電話で2回程問い合わせ（電話説明も不十分のため2回かけた）とりあえずこれから受付できるとの事なのですぐに病院へ向かう。受付後にエースコンタクトで受付はしているか？と聞かれフロアの端から端まで往復で行くハメに。エースコンタクトでアイクリニックへこの後の処方は可能かと確認すると先生の電車の時間があるらしく18時には検査中であろうが診療途中だろうが患者には帰宅させるとのこと。もうこの時点で最初の電話で言ってくれないかと不信感。アイクリニックに戻り、検査・診察してもらっていると待ち時間もあり、やはり時間切れで診療ストップ、途中帰宅させられる。この時間と駐車料金返してくれないか？処方箋も出ないのにエースコンタクトに書類を戻すよう指示され、またフロア端まで歩くのか〜と思っている横を先生は知らん顔で本の時刻表見ながら帰宅。もう2度と行きませんし、本当にひどい対応をされ初めて口コミ書きましたね。 This is the first time for me to be so unfriendly.
