j	j on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 龍泉洞観光の為今回初めてこちらのホテルを利用させて頂きました!! ホテルは確かに古さは感じますが清潔感があり建物がしっかりしていてモダンな雰囲気です!! チェックイン時には体温測定、手の消毒等感染症対策がしっかりされており安心して宿泊出来ると思いました。お部屋もキレイに清掃されていて特に禁煙室の指定などはしなかったのですが匂いもまったく気にならず気持ち良くすごすことが出来ました！「夕食」･･･正直あまり期待していなかったのですがビックリでした･･･美味しい!! 陶板焼き、すき焼き、土瓶蒸し、お刺身も！デザートのチーズケーキも美味でした。「朝食」･･･品数もいろいろあり普通に美味しい!!岩泉ヨーグルト絶品です!! いろいろ書きましたが今回宿泊してみて一番印象に残っているのはホテルのスタッフの皆さんが「おもてなし」の気持ちを持ってお客様に接しているのがとても印象的でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応でこんなに食事が美味しくなったり宿泊が楽しくなることがあるんだね！と帰りの車の中で家族とそんな話で盛り上がりました！またぜひ宿泊させていただきます。 I used this hotel for the first time for sightseeing in Ryusendo Cave !! The hotel certainly feels old, but it is clean and the building is solid and has a modern atmosphere !! At check-in, I thought that I could stay with peace of mind because the measures against infectious diseases such as body temperature measurement and hand disinfection were taken. The rooms were clean and I didn't specify a non-smoking room, but I didn't mind the smell at all and I was able to spend my time comfortably! "Supper" ... I didn't expect much, but I was surprised ... It's delicious !! Grilled on a ceramic plate, sukiyaki, steamed in a clay bottle, and sashimi! The dessert cheesecake was also delicious. "Breakfast" ... There are various items and it is delicious as usual !! Iwaizumi yogurt is excellent !! I wrote a lot, but the most memorable thing about staying at this time was that the hotel staff treated the customers with a feeling of "hospitality". With the help of the staff, the food can be so delicious and the accommodation can be fun! I was excited to talk with my family in the car on my way home! I will definitely stay there again.

I was amazed at the volumey and luxurious contents of both dinner and breakfast! Both were very delicious. It's also fun to be able to choose a yukata. It was impressive that the staff were polite and were willing to deal with this problem. thank you...!
K	Kazuyuki Okumura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆっくりくつろげました。施設の年季を感じる雰囲気も良い感じ。ロビー周りは広くて近代化改修もなされていて、入館後すぐホッとする感じでよかった。ロビーのフロアは床が改修された様子で新しくて良い感じですが、未改修エリアとの境に少し勾配があり、注意表示がきちんとなされていますが、スリッパ履きで通過するたびに蹴躓いていて、我ながら歩くときはキチンと足を上げるよう気をつけないといかんようになったと自省。浴場、湯加減よく、休まりました。炭風呂、今回は入りませんでしたが機会があれば入りたい。お食事は、趣向を凝らした盛付やいろんな料理が楽しめてよかった。盛岡駅から車で90分くらい、宮古駅から40分くらい、岩泉龍泉洞ICから車で20分くらい。龍泉洞にほど近く、前後の旅程を考える際は一考されるとよい。 I was able to relax slowly. The atmosphere of the facility is also good. The area around the lobby was large and modernized and renovated, so it was nice to feel relieved immediately after entering the building. The floor of the lobby looks like the floor has been renovated and it feels good to be new, but there is a slight slope on the border with the unrepaired area, and the caution sign is properly displayed, but every time I pass by wearing slippers, I stumbled. I regret that I had to be careful to raise my legs when walking. I took a rest at the bathhouse and the hot water. I didn't take a charcoal bath this time, but I would like to take one if I have the opportunity. As for the meal, it was good to enjoy elaborate servings and various dishes. About 90 minutes by car from Morioka Station, about 40 minutes from Miyako Station, about 20 minutes by car from Iwaizumi Ryusendo IC. It is close to Ryusendo Cave, so it is a good idea to consider it when considering the itinerary before and after.
G	Gary Seddon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only went to the onsen, which was pretty standard. One thing to note was that the receptionist wasn't very friendly and seemed exasperated by our group (mostly foreigners). Other than that, wasn't bad
L	L KP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely japanese onsen hotel. Shared toilets and no showers in room, you will have to make do with proper onsen bathing. No western style rooms mean you will be sleeping on futons on the floor. The dinner meal is amazing. seasonal foods, sea urchin showed strongly in ours which was delicious. Breakfast is a buffet. Little pricey but the meals are magnificent.

R	Robin Spooner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to use the onsen. Staff was friendly and our interaction was smooth even though I don’t speak Japanese. The hotel lobby seemed really nice. The onsen facilities were pretty normal. I got lucky and was the only person in there to enjoy my soak.
