日陰になる場所がほとんどないので、真冬でもベンチに腰掛けてコーヒーを飲むのに最高の公園です。
 From the observatory, you can overlook the Southern Alps, Mt. Fuji, and Yatsugatake.
There are few shaded areas, so it's a great park to sit on a bench and have a cup of coffee even in the middle of winter.
