★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地味ですが味は確か。儲けるために体裁をよくしようとする感じがないのは○。いや、板橋の名店は地味だからいいのだ。味にも派手さはない。だが堅実。いつまでもいつもの中華屋さんでいてくれることを願います。
さらに追記。ラーメンのスープはガラとカツオの絶妙な味。も一度行ってみたらまた好きになった。あと、PayPayもオッケーです。
It is plain but the taste is certain. There is no feeling that I want to improve my appearance to make money. No, the famous Itabashi store is plain. There is no flashy taste. But solid. I hope you will always be a Chinese restaurant.
Additional notes. The ramen soup has an exquisite taste of gala and bonito. Once I went there, I liked it again. PayPay is also OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暑い中、ラーメンで塩分を補給しようと思って中華料理店の龍峰に初めて行ってみました。
シェフの定番メニューの(ラーメン&半チャーハン)セットを頼みました。
品質の高い食材を使用していると感じましたが味が薄すぎて店を出たら何か足りないなぁと感じてしまいました。
スタッフはとても優しいしメニューにもう少し塩分を増やしてもらえたら完璧になると思います！
In the hot weather, I went to the Chinese restaurant Ryuho for the first time to replenish the salt with ramen.
I ordered the chef's standard menu (ramen & half fried rice) set.
I felt that I was using high quality ingredients, but the taste was too light and I felt that something was missing when I left the store.
The staff are very kind and I think it would be perfect if you could add a little more salt to the menu!

ラーメン?は醤油味で麺は細麺、スープは濃厚でもなく、薄くもなく。
インスタントラーメンに具だくさんになった感じでした。
野菜炒めは調味料の高騰化の影響か、薄味でした。
仕方ありませんね。
接客面は良い方です。
I ordered a ramen set with half rice.
Ramen ? is soy sauce flavored, the noodles are thin, and the soup is neither rich nor thin.
I felt like I was full of instant noodles.
Stir-fried vegetables had a light taste, probably due to the soaring price of seasonings.
It can't be helped.
