堀	堀之内誠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 板橋の環七通りの北側の商店街にある古風な中華料理屋。雰囲気のある老店主が仕切っている。中華だがあくまで和風な感じ。中華丼とラーメンのセットは800円。ちなみに中華丼単品は700円なので、100円プラスでかなりお得なセットとなった。カロリー摂取量は150%以上になった。かなり甘味のあるドロリとした餡掛け中華丼。ラーメン丼もドーンど立派。他の方々の注文した品々をも見たが、どれもこれも大盛りで肉体労働の栄養補給に最適と言えよう。 An old-fashioned Chinese restaurant in the north shopping street north of Itabashi. 藤	藤崎悠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅地のど真ん中にある、地元の人しか使わないであろう昔ながらの中華料理屋。何もかもデフォルトで大盛り。一品料理は1,700と少々高く、千円でハーフサイズとなるのだが…写真を見て欲しい。コレがハーフサイズであるが、普通の店の大盛サイズであるｗ味はとても微妙。美味しくはないが、不思議な中毒性があり、時間が経つとまた食べたくなる。この店が凄いなと思う部分は、店から5キロ以上離れている場所にも出前で配達するところ。しかも、配達料は無料。店の前にはスーパーカブが何台もスタンバイしているので、割と直ぐに来る。余談だが、ピーマンと肉炒めは、チンジャオロースではない。本当にピーマンと肉炒めで、塩味系。少ししょっぱい油の味で、このままだと美味しくないのだが、オイスターソースを入れると美味しくなる。唐揚げは最初から揚げてから時間が経過しているなという感じでしんなり気味。味もなんかぼやけてる。これも、少し油通しをして塩コショウを掛けることによって劇的に生まれ変わる。上記の理由で、出前で注文した方が個人的には好みの味となる。 An old-fashioned Chinese restaurant in the middle of a residential area that would only be used by locals.
