陶板浴の効能は、一回ではわからないので、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サウナと違って低い温度でジックリと温まりサラサラの汗をかいて気持ちいいです。
初めて行った人には丁寧な説明をしてくれます、とても感じがいいし、親切な方ばかりでした。

ここの雰囲気が好きで、そしてここの何か漂っている感じが好きで
何かそういった言葉では言い表せないもので守られている感じがする場所です。
しょっちゅうイベントも行なっているので、飽きの来ない素敵な場所です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 癒しの場所です。同じ陶板浴でも、ここは別格。誘った友達が自分の家の近くの陶板浴に行ってみたら、あまりの違いに愕然とした！と言ってます。
五本指ソックスは、絶対にオススメ。私は無料のおからを毎回いただいてきますが、これもすごく美味しいです。

更衣室は男女別ですが中に入ると男女一緒なので人によってはいやだと思われるかな。私は気になりませんでしたが。
It was the first pottery bath, but I was able to warm up slowly with the explanation.
The dressing room is gender-specific, but when you enter, it seems to be disagreeable for some people because they are both men and women. I was not bothered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹屋さんに一歩入るだけで、鼻の中に入る空気が違います。免疫力を高める為に行ってますが、ひとりで自分と向き合う時間になってます?。陶板浴以外にもからだに良いものが売っていて、5本足靴下と有機亜麻仁油、有機ルイボスティーはよく買って帰ります。
日々違うイベントがやっており、どれも興味深いものばかり。
私のとっておき、癒し空間です✨
