★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曹洞宗の龍田寺は町中にある禅宗寺院ですが、八高線の車窓からその伽藍を望む事が出来て、一度は訪問してみたいと思っていました。
墓地脇に広い駐車場?️も完備されていて、?での訪問も楽です。墓地のすぐ脇を八高線が駆け抜けていきます。
境内には痢病尊と言う小さな祠が祀ってあります。見落としそうな小さな祠ですが、由緒があると言う事です。痢病とは腹の病気(腹痛)を意味するそうで、それを除く為の祠との事でした。遠くからも祈願に来る方も居たとの事です。
Tatsuta-ji Temple of the Soto sect is a Zen sect temple in the town, but I could see the cathedral from the window of the Hachiko Line, so I wanted to visit it once.
There is also a large parking lot beside the cemetery, making it easy to visit in the area. The Hachiko Line runs right beside the graveyard.
There is a small shrine called Diarrhea in the precincts. Although it is a small shrine that is likely to be overlooked, it is said that there is a history. Diarrheal disease means stomach sickness (abdominal pain), and it was a shrine to remove it. Some people came to pray from a distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山王山と号す曹洞宗の寺院。開山は拝島の龍津寺二世南室宗丹の手によるが元和元（一六一五）年の開創といわれている。本尊は釈迦牟尼仏の木坐像である。境内には痢病等を祀る堂があり、痢病の守護神といわれ、八月一日の祭日には多くの信者で賑わう。

The opening of the mountain was done by Sotan Minamimuro, the second generation of Ryushinji Temple on Haijima, but it is said to have been founded in 1615. The principal image is a wooden sitting statue of Shakyamuni Buddha. There is a hall dedicated to diarrhea in the precincts, and it is said to be the guardian deity of diarrhea, and is crowded with many believers on the holiday of August 1.
