★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい酒を頂いて有難うございます。翠玉が好きなのでつい一升瓶で買ってしまいます。
さらっとした品の良い甘みが口の中に広がります。この甘みが好きなのです。秋田県南や山形県庄内は味付けが甘いと思ったのです が、酒も食べ物に合うように出来ているように思います。にんじんのいぶりがっこは日本酒に合いました。
 Thank you for having a delicious sake. I like it, so I just buy it in a bottle.
良 い The smooth sweetness of the product spreads in your mouth. I like this sweetness. I thought that the seasoning was sweet in Minami Akita and Shonai in Yamagata Prefecture. The carrot squirrel went with sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現状日本酒界でもトップクラスの味、評価を誇る「花邑」を醸す酒蔵です。
飛び込みで立ち寄りましたが、なんとご丁寧に、担当者が一人ついて20分程度の酒造見学をしてくれました。
建物は重要文化財に登録されているらしく、かなり古く風情があります。
花邑は限定流通なのでありませんが、本醸造から大吟醸まで6種類ほどの日本酒を試飲することができます。
また、10年ものの古酒と、蔵元限定酒を買うことができます。蔵元限定酒は1200円くらいで、四合瓶の純米酒が買えました。一定期間ごとで限定酒も変えているらしく、いい時期に行くと吟醸酒もその値段で買えるみたいです。
お酒好きが秋田に行ったら行くべき場所の一つです。
