If you do not make a reservation at the front desk after making a telephone reservation in advance, you will be kept waiting for all you can drink service coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホリデー車検釜石店に 自家用車のVOLVOの車検をお願いしようと ネット予約で 15:00辺りにメールでの連絡を希望で申込んだのですが、17:00前 終業時間前の忙しい時間に電話で連絡があり 釜石店では外車を取扱う技量がない旨を告げられ断られました。
然も 他のホリデー車検を紹介するのかと思えば 「ディーラーとか盛岡の車検場に出してみては？」とアバウトな返答が返ってきたので 憤慨して電話を切りました。
いい加減な返答は無視して 即 ホリデー車検北上店に予約を入れたところ、指定した時間に指定した方法で連絡があり 何等問題無く引き受けて頂きました。
北上店では終始丁寧な対応で 無事 快く車検を終える事が出来ました。
次回もホリデー車検北上店にお願いしようと思います。
I asked the Holiday Car Inspection Kamaishi Store to inspect my private car, VOLVO, but I made an online reservation at 15:00 with an email request, but I made a phone call during the busy hours before 17:00 before the end of work hours. I was contacted and was told that the Kamaishi store did not have the skill to handle foreign cars and was refused.
When I thought about introducing other holiday vehicle inspections, I got angry and hung up the phone because I got a reply about "Why don't you send it to a dealer or a vehicle inspection station in Morioka?"
Immediately I made a reservation at the Holiday Car Inspection Kitakami store ignoring the loose reply, and at the specified time I was contacted by the specified method and accepted it without any problems.
At the Kitakami store, we were able to finish the vehicle inspection safely and politely.
Next time I will ask Holiday Car Inspection Kitakami store.

車検だけじゃなかったため仕方ないかなとは思ったが調べたらその日のうちにできると書いてあるし。
どのくらいかかるかもこっちから連絡しないと教えない。
あまりおすすめできるところでわない。
It was cheap and it was for sale that day, so I went there, but it came back two days later ...
I thought it couldn't be helped because it wasn't just a car inspection, but when I looked it up, it said that I could do it that day.
I won't tell you how long it will take unless I contact you.
I don't know where to recommend it.

追記 GW開け後、フイットの車検をしていただきました。古い車に関わらず、丁寧親切に対応、説明をいただきました。何度か行ってますが、とても安心できる会社です。
身勝手なことを書いてる方もいますが、ドライバー思いのとても良い事業所ですよ！

Postscript: After opening the GW, we had you inspect the Fit car. Regardless of the old car, we kindly responded and explained. I've been there several times, but it's a very reassuring company.
Some people write selfish things, but it's a very good place for drivers!
