火	火乃用心 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6～7年くらい前だったと思いますが、新任教育初日か二日目に施設警備1級試験問題集から抜粋した20問ほどのテストを受けさせられました。それで合否を判断する分けではないとしながらも、12点に達していない人には諦めさせているとの事でした。つまり事実上の採用試験です。私は何とか17点でした。新任教育最終日に勤務日数などの条件を会社から訊ねられたので、体が順応するまでの1～2か月だけ少ない勤務日数を提示し、会社からは了承されました。ところが、いざ現場に行ってみると一人だけ我が儘は許さないとして隊長から強く叱責を受け、その場で日数を増やされました。しかも会社からの説明では喫煙も自由との事でしたので、休憩の際、隊長に喫煙する旨を伝えたところ、みんなタバコをやめたからキミもやめろと強要されました。徐々に不信感が募り、念のため改めてひと勤務あたりの給料額を隊長に訊ねたのですが、なんと募集内容や会社からの説明より1000円も低くかったのです。余りにも齟齬が多く信頼関係の欠片も無いと痛感し、その日の夕方に辞める意志を伝え退職に至りました。いまは知りませんが、とにかくいい加減で応募者の人生を軽んじる会社でした。なので★一つも付けたくありませんが、こればかりは致し方ありません。 I think it was about 6 to 7 years ago, but on the first or second day of the new education, I was asked to take a test of about 20 questions extracted from the facility security level 1 exam questions. Moreover, the company explained that smoking is free, so when I told the captain that I would smoke during the break, everyone was forced to quit smoking because they quit smoking. I gradually became distrustful and asked the captain about the salary per work just in case, but it was 1000 yen lower than the recruitment details and the explanation from the company. I was keenly aware that there were too many discrepancies and no fragments of trust, and I announced my intention to quit that evening and decided to retire.
