★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シアターχにはよく足を運びます。小劇場サイズですが、タッパもあり客席もゆったりしていて見やすいです。かつてはわりと冒険的な出し物が多かったのですが。
 I often visit the theater χ. It's a small theater size, but there are tappers and the seats are spacious, so it's easy to see. There used to be a lot of adventurous items.

こじんまりした複合施設です。駐輪場広く助かてます。
歯医者さんは最近リニューアルしおしゃれになりました。
以前の大きな窓際の診察台も気にっていたのですが・・・

This is a small complex. Bicycle parking lot helps a lot.
The dentist has recently been renewed and stylish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オフィス部分は知らないけどここにスポーツクラブのルネサンス本社が入っており、併設されているスポーツクラブには最新のシステムが優先的に導入される‼️
でも、ちょっと古さを感じる。
I don't know the office part, but the Renaissance headquarters of the sports club is located here, and the latest system will be preferentially introduced to the attached sports club! ️
But it feels a little old.

小さな劇場（ここは行った事は無いけど）も有るみたいです。
There is also a convenience store (Seven-Eleven) and a pharmacy (SEIMS) on the first floor, which is convenient!
There seems to be a small theater (although I have never been here).
