 The reception hours were over but the teacher seemed to be very friendly and the receptionist was also a really nice person! I am far from now but I will do this hospital! The child was also pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開院当時から子供がお世話になっています。アレルギー(食物)専門の小児科がなかなか見つからず、病院ジプシーになっていたところでした。先生の前職場の総合病院と提携して診察していただき、改善されてきております。受付、看護師の方々皆さん感じの良い方ばかりです。
Children have been indebted since the opening. I wasn't able to find a pediatric department specializing in allergies (food) and I was in a hospital gypsy. It has been improved through consultation with a general hospital in front of the teacher. The receptionist and the nurses are all nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段利用している病院が休診であったため今回利用しました。普段利用している病院とは大きく違い、看護師の対応が最悪でした。両手に荷物がいっぱいで子どもが泣きじゃくる中、無愛想に何か小さな声をかけてきたのみです。こちらが話しかけると無視して去っていきました。受付事務も人数が多いだけで優しさはありませんでした。非常に残念です。
We used this time as the hospital we usually use was closed. It was very different from the hospital I usually use, and the nurse's response was the worst. While my children are crying with lots of luggage in my hands, I just made a small voice unfriendlyly. I ignored this when I talked and left. There was no kindness in the reception desk too, with only a large number of people. It is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はとても優しく、分かりやすく説明してくれますが、受付のメガネかけたおばさんの態度が悪すぎです。作り笑いしてきて患者を馬鹿にしてきます。
The teacher is very kind and explains in an easy-to-understand manner, but the attitude of the aunt wearing glasses at the reception is too bad. I make a laugh and make a fool of the patient.

熱帯魚がいて子供が喜びます。
感染系の待合室が、別になってるのも安心です！
先生もしっかり話を聞いてくれて、
診察の最後に他に気になることありますか？と聞いてくれます。
看護師や受付の方たちも皆んな感じがいいです！電話応対も丁寧！
今まで行った小児科では一番よかったです^ ^
いい病院に出会えてよかった^ - ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男の子2人の母です。開院直後からアレルギーや風邪でお世話になっています。仕事で連れて行くのが終了時間ギリギリになってしまう時もありますが、受付の方や先生も親切・丁寧に対応してくれるのでとてもありがたいです。何件か近隣の小児科に行きましたが、こちらは私も子供も信頼してお願いできるクリニックだと感じています。市外に住んでますが、これからもこのクリニックにかかりたいですし、おすすめしたいクリニックです。
It is a mother of two boys. I have been taking care of allergies and colds right after the hospital opened. There are times when it's almost time for me to take me to work, but I'm very grateful that the receptionists and teachers are kind and polite. I went to some pediatrics in the neighborhood, and I feel this is a clinic that I and my kids can trust. I live outside the city, but I want to visit this clinic in the future, and I would like to recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの蕁麻疹がなかなか治らず、詳しく検査していただきたく、ホームページを見てアレルギー専門と看板にあるこのクリニックに受診に行きました。
建物はすごくオシャレな感じで受付や看護師さんの対応は良かったのですが、診察していただいた先生の態度がとても残念でした。
初対面で目つきは鋭く、最後まで笑顔無し、患者の意見より自分の意見を優先。「蕁麻疹はほとんどの場合原因が分からない、薬で様子見ましょう」という感じでした。この診察では、内科と変わらない。患者としては、内科で良くならないから専門の先生に診察をしてもらいに来ているのです。アレルギーの可能性も調べて欲しいとお願いすると、あかるさまに面倒くさそうな態度をとられました。病気の可能性をいろいろと調べるのが専門科だと思っていましたが期待外れでした。
子どもにもそっけない態度でした。
ホームページを見て行ったのに、とても残念に思います。

I thought it was a specialty to investigate the possibility of illness, but it was disappointing.
It was an attitude that was not suitable for children.
