★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治用水の水を汲み上げ、せせらぎと称して公園の真ん中に小川みたく流している。しかしながら、親水公園のイメージからは残念ながら遠く、そもそも流れている水からは清々しさは感じられない。園内にはコンクリート製の遊具が数基と東屋及びトイレがあり子ども向けとは思えない意匠、それとアピタの北側に在る城西ふれあい公園と同じく、園の銘板を貼り付けた白いコンクリート製の｢門柱｣にたくさんの子供サイズの手形が押されている、夜中何かに偶然見てしまうと何か…。
