★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近クリーニング屋さんがどんどん廃業していくので選ぶのが大変です。サラリーマンとしては会社帰りに受け取りに行きたいので、せめて20時までは開けてくれると助かるのです。ここは営業時間も出来上がりも満足です。
It's hard to choose because the dry cleaners are going out of business these days. As a salaried worker, I want to go to pick it up on my way home from work, so it would be helpful if I could open it until 20:00 at least. I am satisfied with the business hours and the completion here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかくワイシャツのプレスが酷い！
エリにシワや折り目が頻繁に入り、
毎回自分でプレスし直しをしてます。
店員いわく、
「機械でプレスしているから仕方ない。
気になるなら高いコースにしては…」と。
他のクリーニング店も機械でプレスしているはずですが、これほど下手な店舗は初めてです。
利用されている皆さんは気にならないのかな？！
Anyway, the shirt press is terrible!

According to the clerk,
"I can't help it because I'm pressing with a machine.
If you're curious, it's a high course ... "
Other dry cleaners should be pressing with machines, but this is the first store that is so bad.
Doesn't everyone who is using it care? !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大切に扱っていたスーツのラペルが曲がった状態で保管・受渡された。 (以前からシャツの襟にシワが入ることは時折あったが、その点までは看過できた)
その旨を丁寧に伝えたが型通りの謝罪をボソボソと口にするのみで誠意は感じられず、不快に感じざるを得なかった。
前述の態度から改善も期待できないと判断したため、私はこの店舗を今後利用しません。
※受渡時にはビニールが被せられており、また受付の構造上、店内での仕上がりの確認は難しい。
The lapel of the suit that I had taken good care of was stored and handed over in a bent state. (I've had occasional wrinkles on my shirt collar, but I couldn't overlook that.)
I politely told him that, but I couldn't feel sincerity just by saying the usual apology, and I had to feel uncomfortable.
I will not use this store in the future because I decided that I could not expect any improvement from the above attitude.
* Vinyl is covered at the time of delivery, and it is difficult to check the finish in the store due to the structure of the reception.
