北	北川直 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラオケで歌いたくなり、娘と初めて利用しました。2階がカラオケで、受付・チェックアウトは専用機械が複数台設置されてます。お部屋は広くて快適でした。2時間以上利用する場合はフリーがお得とのことで、ドリンク飲み放題込みでした。フードは部屋からタブレットで注文して、チェックアウト時に精算しました。今日は初めての利用で、わからない時にスタッフに聞きましたが、次回からはほぼ非対面・非接触で利用出来ると思いました。トイレ、キレイでした。 I wanted to sing at karaoke, so I used it for the first time with my daughter. ラ	ラーメン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アミューズメントコーナーでよく遊んでました。メダル落とし系もスロットも設定は厳しめ。上手く立ち回らないとモリモリ持ちメダルを減らされるから新規には優しくない。メンテナンスがあまりされてないから何処でどの機種を遊んでもすぐにエラーが起こる。メンテ面でもそうだが掃除やマナー違反をしている客に対しての注意など、全くもって店員が仕事をしていない。 1人愛想の良い店員はいるけど、その人以外は無愛想だし何があっても見て見ぬふり。メダルゲーは暇つぶしにはなるけど業界的には下火だしオススメはしない。 I used to play in the amusement corner. た	たぬお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はメダルゲームをやりにアミューズメントコーナーに通っていましたが、今はほとんど行っておらずメダルの預かりも期限切れでとっくの昔に無くなりました。グランドクロスシリーズが好きでよく遊んでいたのですが、常連とスタッフ関連で嫌な思いをした事が多々ありました。台を殴ったり掛け持ちしたりとマナーの悪い常連が多かったのですが、それをしっかり声掛けと注意をしないダメ店員ばかりなので嫌な出来事が後を絶えません。しかし…1番不愉快というかたちが悪かった出来事は、社員と思われる店員が友人なのか何なのか1人の常連に過剰なサービスをしていた事です。メンテのフリをして徐ろにドアを開閉してボールを移動したり、トラブルも何も起きていないのに設定画面を開いて弄ったりして有利な状況を作り上げていました。こっちはコツコツやって楽しんでいるのに、そんな事ヘラヘラ笑いながらやられたら馬鹿らしくてやってられません。ラウンドワン本社に電話でクレームを入れましたし、ここに来ることはほとんど無くなりました。今では友人とボーリング等の別施設の利用でくるか、偶にプライズの景品を見にくるぐらいです。その際メダルゲームコーナーも見るのですが、今ではコロナ禍だからなのか何なのか…以前程お客さんはおらずガラガラなことがほとんどですね。 I used to go to the amusement corner to play medal games, but now I rarely go there and the medal deposits have expired and have disappeared long ago.
