★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys do fantastic dessert dutch babies and milkshakes. They always seem to be fairly quiet compared to the other proper restaurants so there's usually no wait for a seat. They are basically an eggy dough mixture cooked in oil so this isn't a health food place. Menu has English and you order and pay at the counter. There's also seasonal specials for when you go for repeat visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the 4th floor of Lazona Kawasaki, Rosie's Cafe is a popular meeting and eating spot for people who need to take a break from shopping. Most are attracted to the pancakes/ crepe. Both sweet and savory toppings are available. There is also a variety of drinks on the menu, but the milkshakes are popular, and rightly so! On busy days, there will be a line to be seated here, but compared to some of the other options on site, this was by far the nicest venue to sit and take in the crowds while enjoying a coffee or light meal (although there is no view to speak of...). When ordering here, place your order at the counter in person, and your drinks will either be given to you immediately, or brought to your table later.
