どれを食べても美味しかった
スパニッシュで割と高いお店はたくさんありますが、ずば抜けて味にコクがあると思いました
正直、これまでスパニッシュはものすごく美味しいイメージはなかったのですが、ここは本当に美味しい
店員さんはテキパキしている方ではなかったですが、味が美味しすぎたので5つ星

平日の早い時間でもお客さんは結構いらっしゃいました。
カウンター席だけでなくテーブル席にもコロナ対策のクリアパネルあり。
キッチンの担当の方が少ないと、肉メニューとパエリアメニューは最初の注文のみ受け付けになるようです。

結論から言うと、「日本で食べたスペイン料理でナンバーワン」でした！
個人的なオススメとして
・イベリコ生ハムのクリームコロッケ
・マッシュルームのアヒージョ
・こだわり卵のトルティーヤ
です。クリームコロッケは本当に濃厚な味付けで、クリームコロッケのレベルを超えています。さらにイベリコ生ハムも大きく、ゴロゴロしていて歯応えもよかったです。
マッシュルームのアヒージョも必ず食べて欲しいです。マッシュルームの中心に生ハムが入っており、新感覚でした！オリーブオイル、ガーリック、マッシュルーム、生ハムの組み合わせが最高です。
リピートしちゃいますね笑
