開店したのは、八年前で、三年前に此の〈六本木〉の地に店を構えたと、店の女性スタッフ?が話してくれました‼️。
コース料理の7500円のメニューを注文します??。
御通し、焼き牡蠣、カキフライ、土手鍋?が出て来て充分に満腹???状態です‼️。
初めてなので、勝手が解らないからカウンター席を2名でお願いしましたが、狭いから、此方にどうぞ??➰と、テーブル席を推薦、案内してくれて、此方なら静かに会話が出来て美味しい料理もユックリと食べられて、納得します???。
料理は、シンプルな牡蠣三昧なコースをチョイスしたので、〔お造り〕&〔生牡蠣〕を追加注文してみます?。
この〔生牡蠣〕が中々イケています?と、お連れした方がおっしゃいます??。
僕?の頼んだ〔お造り〕が、厚切りの赤身と中トロに、白身魚が二切れ付いていて、何れも美味しく戴きました?↗️。
何と言っても、〆は牡蠣の炊き込みご飯ですが、とても、食べたいけど満腹???で食べられ無いから、お土産にして貰います❗。
その前に、土手鍋?が赤味噌仕立てで濃い味に成っていて、1人四個のフックラとした甘味の生牡蠣を鍋に入れて少々煮込んで取り出し、溶き生卵に浸けて食べます??。
此れも、女性スタッフ?がテーブル迄来てくれて、全て仕立て手作業?で上げます?。
野菜???️も土手鍋に入れるので、牡蠣が先か?、野菜が先か?牡蠣の赤味噌鍋に入れる加減はどうか?や、色々推し量りながら、スタッフ自ら、丁寧に手当てしてくれます❗。
お陰様で、最後まで料理を美味しく戴きました?↗️?。

ミネラル感があってさっぱり系だけど、旨味もあって美味しい~♡
焼き牡蠣は2種類の食べ比べで広島産ね。
かけてあるホワイトソース美味しすぎ!!
あと、やっぱこれ!
究極の牡蠣ふらい?
牡蠣は生が1番好きだけど、そんな私でもこれは絶対食べたい1品。
かき心の牡蠣ふらいはソースなんてかけません!
衣にしっかりめに味があるのでそのままでも十分美味しいし、
山葵ちょっと付けても?♀️

牡蠣なんて丸ごとゴロッゴロで贅沢すぎる。
とんでもない食べ応えありで、食べきれず・・・
でも残しても安心◎
おにぎりにしてお土産で持たせてくれるので無理しなくて大丈夫?
デザートには凍らせたシャインマスカットも出してくれて大満足!

アラカルトもあるが、圧倒的にコースがお得だったので、コースにアラカルトを足すことで、食べたいものを補完。
どの牡蠣料理も新鮮で美味しかったし、それぞれ調理が違って飽きずに最後までぺろり。

人づてに聞きお邪魔しましたが、コロナが関係なくとも
わずか5-7テーブル程度の少数精鋭なお店!
日焼け(?)した大将も、和服の似合うお嬢さんも、笑顔がほがらかな接客で終始いい感じ。
おまかせで出てきた日本酒も飲みやすい?
写真は1人15,000円のコースですが、
途中でちょうどこちらが牡蠣に飽きてきた頃に
一部を牛に切り替えますか?と気持ちを伺ってくださったり
デザートが軽めのシャインマスカットでほど良かったりして
「あ〜総合的にバランスがいいし、人気な訳だぁ〜」と納得でした。?
もちろん、やっぱり肝心な生牡蠣も美味しかったなぁ。岩牡蠣っぽい鉄板のクリーミー系で。。
名物らしい牡蠣フライは油っぽい位でわりと普通のおいしさに感じました?
最後に土鍋の多すぎた分をお土産として綺麗に持ち帰れたのも嬉しかった!
またぜひ牡蠣仲間などとお邪魔したいですね。
