事前に友人とヘアセットの同時予約は可能か問い合わせたところ可能と言われたため予約したが、結局、同時ではなく片方が待たされる始末。 1時間枠での予約だったが、実際にヘアセットにかかった時間は20分。 ヘアセットもゆっくり時間を使ってもらえるわけではなく、せかせかと余裕のないような感じ。 こんな思いをなぜお金を払ってまでしなくてはならないのか。 とても不愉快でした。

まともに会話もできない。質問に質問で返してくる。美容室とはプロの美容師に髪の相談をしながら髪のケアをするところのいう認識でしたが、ここは違うようです。接客も言葉遣いも最低。教育を受けていないとお見受けしました。

1回目が普通に良かっただけに残念… 某R社の口コミ書いたけど消されたのでこちらに。 受付…名前を言ってもちゃんと予約確認できなかったらしく、何で予約したか聞かれました。今まで行った美容院ではそのようなことを聞かれたことはなかったのでびっくり。 接客…膝掛けを投げるように掛けられました。忙しくてもそれは人としてどうなのかなと思いました。 あと「どーですか?」の連呼が雑だしウザかった。まともな接客する気ないなら黙ってた方がまだ良いです。 帰る際、私の鞄雑に握られて不快でした。皺がついてました。アナタの私物じゃないんですよ?壊れたら弁償して頂けるんですかね?預けるのも不安です。 施術…楽天ビューティには施術時間40分と記載あったのに20分くらいで終わらせられました。これにこの金額払うのは不相応ですね。あと乾かす時に水分ちゃんと拭き取られず乾かされたので水が飛んできて不快でした。 1回目他サイトから予約してカット&トリートメントをお願いした際は、こちらの要望も聞いて頂いて丁寧に対応してくださって好印象だったので再訪した分、非常にがっかりだし、残念です。 値段もお手頃で自宅から行きやすくて、良いサロン見つけた!リピートしよう!って思ったけど、改善されないなら他のサロン探そうかなって思います。 思い返せば星1つけた美容院はここが初めて。笑

パーマに2時間。ずっと待たされている形でした。カットはパーマかけてからという話だったのですが、時間がかかりすぎたので、カットできませんでした。最後にオイルつければボリュームは抑えられると思います、と。

予約して行ったにも関わらず30分以上待たされる。謝罪なし。テキトーにカットして終わりで荷物と上着は受付の前の椅子に置かれていた。最後のお礼もなし。予約して待っていたお客様は待たされすぎて3人ほどキャンセルして帰って行きました。とても人におすすめはできません。

友人の結婚式でヘアセットを近くて安かったので予約しました。 5分前に着いたのに声がけもなく20分以上待たされ、 セットは最初に髪をとかしもせず巻きもせず10分もせずに終了。 挙げ句の果てにお会計も10分以上待たされて謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。 仕上がりもひどく、挙式中にゴムが切れて崩れてしまいました。 他のお客さんもかなり待たされていて、 1本三つ編みしただけなどみんなひどい頭していました。 同じような口コミがたくさん書かれているのに改善する気はないのでしょうか、、 すごく楽しみにしていた結婚式だったのでショックでした。 ここでヘアセットするなら自分でやった方が全然マシです。

I went to do digital perm at this place, was suggested “water perm” for less damaged, waited about 30minutes (i had reservation) I was in rush and agreed to the less damaged one. when stylist said it was done and styled, my hair was still wet lol i went home to dry my hair so i don’t get cold. the perm os nowhere to be seen. i called them to ask if they can do something and they told me if they perm soon again it will damage my hair more. but mind you i don’t live there so i can’t go back later time. so I just went there to waste 2hr , my money and get my hair damaged and actually my hair looks awful doing this “water perm” that just made my hair damaged and frizzy a bit. writing this to hope someone who consider going there saves their time and money by choosing elsewhere!
